Instructions:
Surface cleaning:
To ensure that the structural sealant has good adhesion, the surface of the adhered material must be clean, dry and free of dirt. In order to prevent the sealant from polluting the periphery of the joints during construction, protective tape must be used to protect it. After the construction is completed, remove it.
Cleaning process:
A clean, lint-free white cloth must be used. The solvent can be absolute ethanol, acetone, xylene, etc., and the "double-cloth wiping method" is adopted.
1. Wipe the adhered area with a clean, lint-free white cloth soaked in a solvent;
2. Immediately before the solvent evaporates, wipe it off the surface with a second dry, clean, lint-free white cloth;
3. The cleaned area must be completed within 1 hour, otherwise it will be cleaned again;
4. Open flames are strictly prohibited in areas where solvents are used. And maintain good ventilation.
Construction glue:
R881 should be mixed in a closed mixing glue machine system. The mass ratio of components A and B is A:B=11-14:1. The user can change the mixing ratio to adjust the curing speed according to actual needs.
Use restrictions:
R881 should not be used under the following conditions:
◆All materials that will ooze oil stains, plasticizers, and solvents
◆Vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber
◆Interface that bears the structural strength on the ground
◆Places subject to excessive friction and physical damage
◆Frosted or wet surface
Precautions:
◆Before use, please do a cohesive test and refer to our company's technical data.
◆B component can react with water in the air. Do not expose to the air for a long time.
◆If the layering of component B is normal, just stir evenly before use.
◆If it gets into the eyes accidentally during use. Should be rinsed immediately with water.
◆Do not contact with the skin for a long time, and avoid contact with children.
◆Do not contaminate food, medicine, etc.
