HY981 polyurethane potting glue: used for potting of various electronic components such as precision capacitors. After curing, it has high hardness and is a good material to replace epoxy resin! Vacuum deaeration and heating equipment are required.
HY982 polyurethane potting glue: low stress, shock resistance, voltage resistance, electrical properties, less bubbles, used for potting and bonding of precision lightning arresters, various transformers, transformers, filters, control boards, igniters, etc.
HY983 polyurethane potting sealant: suitable for potting of various electronic products, with multiple functions such as environmental protection, moisture-proof, shock-proof, waterproof, insulation, and air sealing.
HY984 polyurethane potting glue: has excellent elasticity and toughness, can be repaired, and has electrical properties.
Operation process:
1. Clean up the sealed area, free of oil, water, and debris.
2. Weigh the A and B components according to the proportion, put them into the mixing pot, and mix them thoroughly (do not stir the air into the glue when stirring). It is better to vacuum and degas for about 5 minutes, and the amount of glue should not exceed 1/2 of the container, otherwise the glue will overflow during degassing.
3. Pour the mixed compound slowly into the device to be potted. For winter construction work, if the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, it is better to preheat both components A and B to about 15℃.
4. The potted workpiece is cured at room temperature, and can enter the next process after the surface is dry. It takes 1 to 2 days to fully cure. If the temperature is high in summer, the curing will be faster; if the temperature is low in winter, the curing will be slower.
Precautions:
If component A is left for a long time, if there is precipitation or stratification, it should be stirred well before use; component B is easy to crystallize at low temperature, so it should be placed in a higher temperature room in advance to melt, without affecting product performance.
The mixed glue should be used up at one time, and the unused A and B components should be sealed and stored separately.
Sealed and stored in a dry place at low temperature (below 25°C), the storage period is 12 months.
