HY5840 is a two-component condensed silicone potting material, mainly used for potting protection of indoor and outdoor LED display screens, and potting of electronic component modules. Fully meet the requirements of the EU ROHS directive, can produce bright and sub-gloss type, its advantages are:
★Black transparent, non-stick lights, self-leveling, automatic glue filling equipment or manual glue filling are all available;
★Cure at room temperature, which belongs to dealcoholization reaction and will not corrode metal, LED and PCB;
★Good adhesion to module shell, LED and PCB;
★Removable, the potted components can be taken out for repair and replacement, and then repaired without leaving traces;
★The cured material is flexible, insulating, moisture-proof, UV-resistant, anti-aging, and resistant to high and low temperatures (-60-100°C)
