Nail-free glue is a common material for our decoration and installation. Nail-free glue, also known as liquid nail, is a kind of super glue for multi-functional building structure with strong adhesion. As the name suggests, it is a new type of construction adhesive material that replaces nails. It can be used for indoor and outdoor installation of various building materials. There is no need for tools such as electric drills, hammers and expansion screws during the construction process. It has the advantages of simple structure, no punching, no noise, no dust, can fill the gap of the joint, and can adjust the position during the installation process.
Use of nail-free glue
New houses and old houses can be widely used. The most common are doors and windows, stairs and treads, skirting boards, wall waistlines, plaster lines, decorative boards, various decorative materials and stone. The surface of the substrate includes a variety of absorbent and non-absorbent materials, such as wood, ceramic products, metal, concrete, and stone.
1. Dry bonding method
The distance between them is 20-40, and the nail-free glue should be extruded in a zigzag pattern. Press the coated surface on the bonding point, then pull it apart to allow the glue to evaporate for 5 minutes; press both sides.
2. Wet bonding method
Apply the nail-free glue to the product according to the first method. Use clips, nails or screws to fit the two sides tightly together. After 24 hours, remove the clamp and leave it for 1-3 days until it is completely solidified. This is done.
3. Bonding method of load-bearing materials
First press the product together, then separate it again, wait 5 minutes, then press and tighten the product to hold it in place. It can be supported by bracing when necessary.

2. Bonding strength ≥ 3MPA (30 kg/cm).
3. It has a wide range of bonding and is widely used in various buildings.
4. Environmental protection, no peculiar smell, solvent content ≤13%.

6. Easy construction (both scraping and coating are acceptable).
